Slideshow / interview

our sign near Berkeley Farmer's Market
The knit-in takes place in a busy downtown park next to Berkeley's Saturday Farmers' market. People stop by to talk, to photograph the knitting in progess, and, sometimes, to interview us. One of our visitors was U.C., Berkeley professor Nancy Van House of the School of Information (formerly the School of Library and Information Studies). She was exploring tools that her students might put use for reporting news and events via cell phones and digital tablets.

Working with software from blurb.com, she put together a colorful slideshow with lots closeups of knitting hands. (Click on the arrows at the right to move through the slides.)
